On June 30th an Ontario purchaser bought 33,000 units (1 share & 1/2 warrant) for $61,350 ($1.86/sh) CAD. Since the transaction was in USD, I assume it was at $1.50 USD. The warrants are exercisable at $2.48 CAD until June 30, 2023.

On July 13th a US purchaser bought 33,334 units (1 share & 1/2 warrant) for $62,570 ($1.88/sh) CAD. Since the transaction was in USD, I assume it was $50,000 USD. The warrants are exercisable at $2.50 CAD until July 13, 2023.
