tada, are you able to sell your Zenith shares held in your C$ account if you wanted to?
Resverlogix shareholders that originally bought shares on the OTC market (RVXCF) ended up with Zenith shares post-SPINCO. Would it not follow that the acquired (ZHCLF) Zenith shares were also held in OTC American financial market accounts, providing price and liquidity, over the counter in US funds. As I see it that is where Zenith shares started to trade and still do. Somebody got smart and just did it and started the ball rolling and caught Don by total surprise. Conversely, RVX shareholders that acquired Zenith shares Post-Spinco in Canadian accounts are not trading on the OTC market. Only Zenith shares acquired via SPINCO are the shares that are now trading on the OTC market under the symbol ZHCLF.
To conclude, Zenith shares acquired via RVX Spinco and shares acquired via RVXCF SPINCO are one and the same and must be legit.
Just saying... Koo
