Posted on SEDAR today was an Exempt Distribution that was reported for a Promissory Note for $313,825 CAD from Monday. Issued with it was 71,500 warrants for common shares with an exercise price of $1.88 CAD for 5 years until April 12, 2026, It involved a lender from Alberta. It was done in USD so was probably for $250,000 USD.
