Exempt Distribution

Yesterday, Feb. 16th, there was an exempt distribution to a US participant in USD. It was for 75,000 units of one common share and one half warrant @ $2.54 CAD for $190,500 CAD. The warrants are good for one year at $2.54 exercise price. The unit price and exercise price appear to be $2.00 USD as the distribution was done in USD.
