Koo, I have an awesome solution. Vend our RVZ Zenith into their shell Zenith, then there will be no name or symbol issues and we then have a public vehicle to buy and sell our RVX Zenith. Tell Harry to take out the cash in his Zenith and then give him a few hundered thousand shares of RVX Zenith for his troubles and simple and done. thats how you get things done!
