Jbuffet maybe u remember the poster sanfran??He spoke many times of the misleading forward looking statements he had heard/received personally threw management/DM -  I believe he's banned now & most or all posts have been taken down. He was livid & most likely still is - I for one believe him & the many stories/rumours he spoke of - he was in the mix in a large way & got shafted IMO - personally I've heard of others who were very much mislead with DM's forward looking statements in the recent past regarding a deal for Zen/more than once - heck I'd bet decent money there's people here that could share more horror stories but remain quiet as they realize whining or b........ about DM's foward looking statements does absolutely no good. There's no recourse with the "foward looking statement" & CEO's know that - then there's the one on one chats, who ya goin call to complain/advise with what forward looking statements he has. He said she said sort of hear say?? This is all DM's doing IMO & there's f. anyone can do about it.The market is well aware by now of this behaviour & it shows , especially with RVX - IF Zen was trading you would see the same beat up SP IMO - buck stops at the top. He's got 6 weeks or so to make good on yet another one or two or three of his forward looking statements. As far as I'm concerned he's batting 000 so far so for me it's easy to say don't believe anything he spews while at the same time understanding the doubt & frustrations of so many. Some of us could easily feel the emotion SF was going threw & yes it became a little annoying but sometimes that's what disparity & the sad truth sounds,feels & looks like IMO. If nothing happens with RVX or Zen in the next 3 months who ya goin call??? Useless - he can say whatever he wants - A strike out this time around & it should be back to farm system as a bat boy if they even want him.
