fuzzyjr - I don't know where the rumours are coming from but have heard too many times directly what wasn't supposed to be rumours not come true that I am not wasting my time on them. 

As far as tax implications, if a deal that had tax implications happened before year end, it probably wouldn't close until after year end so would be 2021 taxes.
