I'm not sure having a physical share certificate will solve your problem. If the confusion is in the name, having a physial certificate with "Zenith Capital Corporation" as opposed to "Zenith Capital Corp" leaves you in the same position as if it were just a line item in a brokerage somewhere. You still need whomever you are dealing with to understand what company you hold shares in.

jonzobot - You might be correct as in my conversations with iTrade, they said 'Corp.' and 'Corporation' are the same thing and I had trouble convincing them different. The two get erroneously used for each other often but the company is registered as one or the other. This casual crossover use is what has caused this issue.
