Well I have had my ZCC shares held in my CIBC TFSA account since 2013 as ZENE:CDN and CIBC has had various values being used in the value column.

It currently has a value recorded of $0.99 which I believe was arrived at by some accountant's calculation from the financial statements from Sedar. I think of this with a tecnical accounting word as "Jiggery-Pokery".

The real value in my opinion is somewhat north of $2.04 USD which is what the last private placement to a "qualified" party was set at a while back. I say somewhat north of $2.04 USD as the company needed money and an intelligent investor was willing to part with that amount of cash per share; so they must have thought it was worth more.

Suffice it to say I would not sell my shares as low as $2.04 USD
