Well, since this AACR abstract/poster is their first presentation of this CDK4/6 synergy with ZEN-3694, then yes, I would say this is all new! However, this is pre-clinical. I can't recall what was said, if anything, during the corporate update about plans for advancing into clinical trials for combo w/ CDK4/6 inhibitors.
