It sounds like ZEN-3694 is metabolized to ZEN-3791, the latter of which is the "active" metabolite. I think the term for this is pro-drug, in which ZEN-3694 needs to be converted to a different form in the cell to become the active molecule. First I've heard of that for ZEN-3694.
