narmac, I hope you understand that I agree with you completely. Don should not be restricting shareholder's access to what they own and Don should be creating shareholder value and I'm sure that he would argue that he did with the TNBC trial with Pfizer.
I have to "tip toe" in my comments these days because I tend to be critical hence I irritate certain posters so I've become somewhat guarded in what I express. Don has made statements about liquidity at every Zenith AGM and that has created expectations for me that have never been met (yet).
As always, I remain extremely excited by the BETi science and the versions of it that RVX and ZEN Epi have developed. I'm extremely excited about Zenith assets being slpit off in 2013. In hindsight that was brilliant. I find the business potential in just zen3694 with it's impact in over 25 drugs that are currently on the market completely incredible. Can you imagine when these fish start to bite?
I've been meaning to look up the sharholder structure for ZEN Cap. I know Eastern is in big based on spinco. And I believe that Hepa came in recently. If Don takes ZEN Cap public and if Eastern decides to cash out Don could lose control to an unfriendly acquisitor. Would that help us in terms of share price?
Obviously I have no clue what Don's agenda is. He does not need money. He's been at this for 19 years and I am sure he is thinking very big...as in breakthrough big for both companies. That is why I'm in.
I would be very disappointed if my Zenith assets become looked up for the next 5 years.
It will be years before dividends flow, if ever, so I'd prefer NASDAQ type liquidity.
Tada, I also understand your POV and appreciate your posts and depth of knowledge.
Cheers & GLTA.
