narmac....DM simply needs to IPO Zenith for the reason you stated and for RVX stockholders that do not own Zenith shares but remained loyal to Resverlogix through thick and thin post SPINCO...eh!. 

Surprising that Shenzhen Hepalink has not invested in Zenith...or have they?
