I am very interested in this dilema as I have been wrestling with my broker and their complience department for years with the brokerage not allowing transfer(deemed sale) between any of my accounts registered or not. On my statements zenith has always been valued at zero.

I have been attempting to move these shares since the split when the board put out their valuation of it was I think 10 cents or 30 cents a share. I have provided Zeniths audited statements several times to my broker for hus complience department with no success! 

I have spoken to CRA numerous times upto and including level 3 agents and while they advise that using Zeniths audites statements and valuations should be sufficient.... but they wont put it in writing, thus all my zenith are not where I want them.

If any of you Canadians can guide me to a brokerage that is consistently allowing transfer of Zenith between accounts, I would appreciate the lead.
