I dont see an open market for ZENE shares..is there one??.....if not I assume we have to use the Fair Value as Fair Market Value in this case. When speaking with Revenue Canada I discussed this point. They noted that it is the audited financials which shows the equity and again which would have to be used in transacting shares since no open market exists.
