Fair Value of Common Shares

A couple of years ago I needed to transfer Zenith shares between accounts. I emailed Zenith requesting a value for the stock. Sarah sent me an email with an attached letter titled "Management's Estimate of Fair Value of Common Shares" for financial reporting purposes (as of a particular date), signed by the CFO.
