Zenith Private placement??

What is going on with our proposed Zenith Private placment, I know it is summer time, but did someone fall asleep at the wheel or has it been cancelled?? What is going on, we have heard squat and it should not take this long to finalize IMO,..... I know I saw someone post on the forum some documentation of the PP but I ahve not seed any final yet..... strange
