My post should be on both boards. Perhaps Eastern will come to the Zenith party with the $10 million Don discussed.

I did not feel that Eastern was coming back into RVX. My simple reason is that shut down his California operation and he drew his line in the sand regarding the $65 million Citi loan and Eastern owns lots of RVX shares. I imaging if Hepa tried to get control of RVX he would pay attention but for now he can hedge his risks. Just an opinion.

Perhaps he feels he has enough in CVD and sees hope in the cancer area.
