What I find interesting is that between ZEN and RVX there is potentially more than $15 to $20 billion in annual sales and yet no one else seems to be stepping up to the plate. Sure there is some great new technology at stake. It is there right now for ALL takers but who is it that's leading the negotiations? All of this technology could be locked up for a couple of hundred million which is nothing in the grand scheme of things. To us shareholders it doesn't matter what nation the eventual purchaser is from, we just need/want the money, no different than any other company mentioned in this conversation. There is nothing stopping anyone from any nation from stepping up.

We here in North America can not expect to sit back and reap the rewards of everything that is thought up here without assuming the risk that goes along with leading the pack. All of the information from both of these companies has been available to the public generally and more specifically to interested parties for coming up to twenty years now. No one should be to upset if the highest bidder is from a different nation than ours as everyone has the same opportunity today. Some just have bigger kahunas or greater vision than others.
