If I made that statement then you are correct. Good catch.

The two most recent statements I made in this regard were;

• The $10 million financing has not been completed. I believe it will be based on Don's history of financing success but right now things are uncertain to me.
• In terms of public information we don't know if there are any serious funders in the wings. Eastern drew it's line in the sand last August but that doesn't mean they won't come back in.

What I should have said is "I am not aware that the $10 million financing is complete and I have not seen any information that it is complete".
