I still suspect we will see a PP for Zenith at some point in time in next little while , I received this email from Clayton a month ago, Hopefully something better than a PP could be in the horizon

Management continues to actively work on this private placement and we will announce it publicly once a deal has been finalized.

It has taken a little longer than anticipated especially once we got into the Christmas break.
