Where is that much anticipated Zenith Private placement that DM alluded to  in early OCtober that would be announced very shortly...  We can only hope the reason for the delay is that a better option had come up that is currently being negotiated or why delay a much anticiapted PP,  it can't take 5 months to figure it out....

Its getting frustrating all this over promise under deliver messages
