Welcome to the Agoracom hub. Always great to have more participants here. I know nothing of a "$60m PP" and aside from Aureus's post on Investor Village, I have not read or seen anything else about a "$60m PP" for Zenith. The only financing that I recall hearing about is the "10MM additional shares will be sold shortly" that has been stated in the October 2017, November 2017 and December 2017 Zenith presentations. However, no price per share for these 10MM shares has been stated as far as I know. The estimated enterprise value of Zenith has been listed as $2.50 to $3.00 USD/share in each of the last three presentations. But of course with good results out of the mCRPC trials that estimated value could increase. Maybe that is where the "$60m PP" value is derived from?

In Tada's notes from the Dec 2017 AGM, he wrote that "DM commented that the 10 million share PP will be considered a pre IPO PP," but when asked "Will the IPO be for ZCC or ZEL" he responded "It's up to the board and there is no answer at this time."  Hopefully more details will be revealed shortly. Perhaps at the Biotech Showcase presentation on Monday January 8th?
