In the Zenith last webcast last month in October  DM specifically stated we will be issuing $10 mil very shortly, not sure if that was $10 mil USd or Canadian, If he didn't know it was 100% happening , I doubt he would have stated that way or he would  have stated we may issue $10 mil

My question is whether it will be priced out at the enterprise value they stated in the pressy, which was $350 mil USd which i beleive works out to $3 USD per share if i am correct,  I ahve my doubts and would love to be surprised
