I am not sure there would be a correlation between good clinical results with zen 3694 and the need to hire . I would speculate that if results were subpar or horrible there wouldn't be a need for  a new VP hire. It is possible that a new hire is required as the results could be excellent and the need for further clinical trials that have been discussed in the past from other webcast
