Good points!  

As Shenzhen Hepalink appears to be financially in the "black" they are looking into securing a line of credit for 270 Million Yuan = 52 Million Cnd.   

(by no means - am I drawing a comparison here)  I am simply stating that,  they are possibly looking at ways to grow their business    :)
