I was thinking the same thing. I expected to see some information on the phase 1 zen3694 back in April based on Don's statement regarding the speed of cancer trials.

My sense now (my guess) is that any results they have are not stellar but perhaps there is something positive??? If the results were strong they would have communicated something I think.

While Zenith is the birth child of RVX and thus has many years of intellectual development behind it it is only at the start of clinical trials. Perhaps zen3694 is not the optimal compound and they will need to start over based on the learning from this trial.

Either way, it will be a very long journey to any value creation unless they have discovered a blockbuster.

And I believe that while Don in 2 different years discussed an IPO for Zenith he knows full well there is very limited value in it hence it would not draw much of a share price. The overnight marketing of RVX, even at stage 3, was pathetically undervalued. So I do not think there would be any value in Zentih. There is also a credibility issue with these companies. The independent academic research on apabetalone will enhance credibility perhaps over time but there is also a credibility issue due to Don.

The fact that Zenith is presenting at future scientific conferences is good but it underscores that this company is just at the beginning of the journey. It is like an academic institution sharing discoveries but it is not anywhere close to a business proposition at this stage, IMHO.

I do believe good science is happening here but I do not believe it's value will be perceived by suitors unless they have significant findings with zen3694. Hence the liquidity of shares will not happen soon.

I believe the silence is because they aren't finding much other than important learning which may lead them to their next compound. That is science.

I sure hope I am wrong because I would really like to hear blockbuster news.

Anyway, just my opinions.
