Dividends are paid to ZCC.
Zenith Epigenetics Ltd is the subsidiary of ZCC. I find it best to refer to Zenith Epigenetics Ltd as ZEL.
Dividends from RVX on RPS are paid to ZCC which then decides what to do with the money. I suspect that research on new molecules will be the use decided upon by the board of directors.
Until ZCC is swimming in money from a few successful molecules in the market I do not see any of us getting Cash in hand. Mind you I see it paying off handsomely in the next 5 to 10 years.
To answer the question inherent in your name assigned for the note the owners of ZCC are the original shareholders in RVX at split time when RVX dropped greatly in share price as the major value was spun out into ZCC.
Shareholders in RVX who purchased their shares after Spinout paid a lot less for their shares and will still get a good reward when RVX208 is successful (I believe it will be)
