Folks, I have never been in a situation where I hold Shares is a company that is not listed. My assumption is that we own "Private Shares" in a Private Company"
I went searching for answers and found on Investopdia...
The main advantage to private companies is that management doesn't have to answer to stockholders and isn't required to file disclosure statements with the SEC.
Therefore is it a fair statement to assume that Zenith does not have to inform us of any news? I welcome your input.
