One point that Don made on Jan 7th as I recall was about the new structure of Zenith into Zenith Capital and Zenith epigenetics in order to reward long term employees for their long term concerted effort. This makes a lot of sense to me and I see it as very positive.
However, I have not reviewed the shares held by employees and don't even know if that data is available. If employees (the scientists) hold large blocks of shares it is a very positive incentive and it speaks to the belief that the company is on the right track. In fact, it would be a very positive sign to future shareholders if the company or a component of Zenith Epigenetics goes public.
I do have the sense that employees other than Don and Dr Wong do not hold significant share positions but I hop I am wrong.
