Zenith's BET Inhibitor ZEN-3694 is Currently Being Evaluated in Multiple Oncology Clinical Trials
Good to see there will be a Zenith update on June 20th.
With the first dosing announced on June 15th it seems the trial is quite far behind what Don had spoken about back in January 7th, 2016 when he spoke about results being available in Q3 2016. I recall 3 phases of dosing with dosages increasing every 28 days so this would take about 3 months to complete each patient. Let's guess that it will take at least 2 months to get all 40+ patients started in dosing so that would be Aug 15. Then, just this phase of the trial will be ready for analysis by Nov 15th.

From the press release
Based on this I am assuming the 2 components (zen3694 and zen3694 +enzalutamide) will be part of this trial...so about 20+ patients per group.
So my guess is that there will be no analysis and results until Q1 2017.
I'm not a scientist so I'd like to hear from expert's perspectives. It looks like the update will include questions (which is a welcome sign) so perhaps
I should go back to the Jan 7th update to check but I recall Don talking about results in Q3 2016 so this is a big change.
It does look like they have excellent scientists involved.
IMHO GLTA
