Personally there is very little to grade , as a privately held company opperates under the radar ! Don has Overpromised and Once again under delivered (built up hopes and fizzles to deliver!!!)

What concerns me is Darts control with both companies ... Our share price is Stuck with many uncertaintees (latest private placements would suggest another round of downward financing may be in the works ,180 day comments ) at which point if it is lower then Darts last purchase finanacing he too would get more shares at lessor price (no surprize , who wants these shares with more dilution possible ) Stating this, would suggest to me if trial goes well Dart might just try to take over company . So what would that look like ? with a price this low ,What is fair market value ?? ( the company can't even provide this ) Both companies hinge now to success of zenith trial (early data), as that information may result in a buy out ... Dart and group have been slowly accumulating (my belief) awaiting the go ahead nod , (good early data) ... and at $1.25 Canadian / $1.00 American who can blame them sitting at 38% in both companies . Dissappointed I am !( what percentage dose other collective group hold ) one never knows, but am feeling squeezed) Stink test in litter box "appalling"
