San Fran,

A few comments regarding Zenith.

1) There are two ZEN003694 trials listed on ClinicalTrials.gov. One trial is recruiting, with 1 of 6 locations listed as recruiting and the other 5 locations not yet recruiting. The other trial is not yet recruiting, likely because this second trial will be ZEN003694 in combination with enzalutamide and thus needs to wait for certain aspects of the first trial to be complete. There is no indication from the company or ClinicalTrials.gov that dosing has begun for either trial. Hopefully we hear something by month's end.

2) Another issue to remind about is what is the status of the Zenith re-organization plan that was to re-organize "Zenith Epigenetics Corp" into "Zenith Capital Corp" and "Zenith Epigenetics Ltd." and was originally anticipated to close by 2/1/16. Last time I inquired with Zenith, I was told that "The company has decided to close the Zenith reorganization after the clinical trial has commenced to avoid any delay to the launch of the trial." So hopefully we get an update on this soon as well.

3) Lastly, looks like the NYAS Epigenetics: Cancer and Beyond Symposium will be webcast as a webinar that you can register for (fee ranges between $15 and $85 depending upon qualifications). However, the disclaimer is "Transmission of presentations via the webinar is subject to individual consent by the speakers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that every speaker's presentation will be broadcast in full via the webinar. To access all speakers' presentations in full, we invite you to attend the live event in New York City where possible." So it is unclear to me whether the presentations by Resverlogix and Zenith will be webcast. Since they are the key organizers and sponsors of this event, I would expect that the presentations by Zenith and Resverlogix would be broadcast. I'll see if I can find out for sure.
