How do you know that there is no interest from big pharma? Just because no deal has been signed or announced does not mean there is a lack of interest. I recall Don saying in the January 2016 Corporate Update that once the ZEN3694 Phase I is done, that Zenith would be much stronger at the negotiating table. It could be that current offers are under valuing Zenith right now and management knows that once their platform is validated with a successful Phase I trial, that Zenith will have big pharmas attention.

The ZEN3694 prostate trial launch and closing of the reorganization could happen very soon. Hopefully Q1 but could be Q2 as well (consistent with their H1 2016 estimate).
