Zenith's BET Inhibitor ZEN-3694 is Currently Being Evaluated in Multiple Oncology Clinical Trials
I've been doing some re-reading of the posts on both boards and have come to some conclusions but first:
To Toinv: My intent was not to call you yourself insane but the idea of encouraging the masses to vote no on Jan. 7th is insane to me. I have always enjoyed your posts as well as those of Fundamental6 on the other board. I feel like I've learned a lot from you all and your posts, especially one of Bear's got me thinking of the possibilities.
I think many of us have been saying the same things in a variety of ways, mainly that we are all very frustrated and tired of waiting. As our minds work in different ways we too are all at different places in our lives, i.e. different ages with different health issues and in different financial situations.
Some are so fed up they want to just dump the lot and be done. Others have several thousand shares and would really like to re-coup some of their losses on RVX...some people paid up to $30.00 for them! Others are content to ride the wave because either they can afford to wait and/or they realize as Kelsee said, "we were in the right place at the right time". None of us paid for these shares...they were a bonus. Personally I believe that we are again in the right place at the right time but we have to somehow remain patient.
I still have questions that remain unanswered. I have asked for feedback but received basically none, except for one reply from Fouremm.
If Zenith intends to do an IPO in the near future, I still believe it would have to be done under Zenith Capital because no matter how they reorganize, they are still one company. I can't imagine that it would be worth much now however, but it would get several shareholders off Don's back. It would also benefit Zenith owners post 2013 in that they could still get on this gravy train at a reasonable price. I think Don & Co. are doing all they can to keep their promise to all current shareholders of both Zenith and RVX.
On the other hand it might be better if ZCap were to wait for the world to understand and appreciate the epiginetics arena. If the BOM trial is a success, how much would ZCap be worth then? Much more for sure...could it be worth the wait?
If RVX was to do a listing on Nasdaq now, because of the current share price I'm afraid they would have to do a reverse split to meet their requirements. I would rather that not occur but what would the market think if Zenith were to have a listing before RVX does? Maybe RVX should wait for a listing because didn't they spin out RVX Therapeutics in order to protect the IP of all the other goodies in their basket, just in case ASSURE tanked? What a great move that turned out to be! RVX could easily apply for a Nasdaq listing after a successful BOM, right?
If the proposal is passed, what Zenith Capital does afterwards will prove very interesting. If things play out as I've suggested, i.e. they start spinning out Newcos in the same manner as RVX Therapeutics, could Zenith Capital issue royalty preferred shares to holders of Newco1, Newco2, etc. as they happen? Don has admitted that more spinouts are a possibility. Wouldn't it be nice if those spinouts followed the RVX/Zenith current pattern??
I don't know how much cash Zenith has at the moment but in June they did say they were ok. If there is some sort of agreement in the works now, perhaps they won't need another financing for a while so there won't be any more dilution. If they do issue ZCC preferred shares upon any future spinouts, that would greatly reduce the eventual dilution of any possible Newco1,2,3...shares, wouldn't it?
The meeting on Jan. 7th should clear up questions on this proposal but if something is in the works, we all know they can't say anything yet which means we just have to wait some more. I can't attend the meeting but am hoping Masila is able to and can again post a re-cap of her notes so the rest of us can get caught up with the action.
I will refrain from any more posting. I don't think I can say any more without repeating myself. Posters here include doctors, accountants, lawyers, stock market experts, etc. as well as regular people just looking to make a buck...all contributing in their own way and I look forward to your thoughts on what I've said. All makes sense to me but poke away!!
GLTA...there's light at the end of the tunnel!!
