what to say, it's very poorly managed.  focused on the wrong markets for too long (masks, HVAC filters: no market pull, no convincing value proposition, no demand for  a superior product), poor timing (very long time-to-market), failure in spinning off graphene deposit (again took ultra long). now will need to raise money into tightening capital market conditions. good luck
