Just a guess but I think Nasdaq has approved the listing and is currently working on the paperwork. At any rate, Zentek has 60 days after they are informed of approval to actually list. The current market meltdown wouldn't be the best time to list even if the approval notice has already been received imo. If listing was denied ZEN would have to say so. If they don't Nasdaq will.
