Not positive but my buddy Canseco advised me that we have to send them the warrant certificate and warrant exercise form. I have my share certificate but not the warrant certificate or exercise form. I e-mailed them this morning but have not received a reply. Once I obtain those I will send them with a money transfer or bank draft from my bank and shares will be transferred to my trading account.

I suspect that the shares I bought in the PP will require another form to get transferred but not certain, I will ask.
