mentioned in today's news release, last bullet point:

Grant of Stock Options – 100,000 options issued to employees and consultants at an exercise price of $1.76 per share

based on yesterdays low closing price, showing the middle finger to all shareholders who just participated in the private placement at 2.50. Unbelievable...
