Zen Graphene 3,416,666-share private placement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on June 15, 2020, and June 29, 2020.

Number of shares:  3,416,666 common shares 

Purchase price:  60 cents per common share

Warrants:  1,708,333 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,708,333 common shares

Warrant exercise price:  80 cents for a period of two years

Number of placees:  40 placees

Finders' fees:  $25,919.68 payable to Aligned Capital Partners Inc., Leede Jones Gable Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corp.

Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
