AE started a suit against ZEN not long after they took over and he resigned if my memory serves me right.  What is fairly new is the counter lawsuit by ZEN against him.  I also did not know that until reading it in the Sedar Report.  I would think ZEN's action would be very solid as they have all the transactions/bank statements and could easily prove nefarious actions by AE.  If so it will most likely be settled out of court as most lawsuits are.
