I believe Francis is an opportunist of the most acute kind.He homed in on the universal need for a major Covid 19 breakthrough that also conincide with the desire from most  of the unviversity labs in the world .Had Zen only wished to sell our graphene in order to generate revenue for the company,we may lose the opportunity to cash in  on an equal shares from the successful outcome of the labs that Zen is colaborating with. Since when does a partnership required contribution from only one side but not the other?My guess is as good as any trying to figure out why our "partnership"with GC broke off.May be they wanted their patent right and only agree to use Zen graphene exclusively in event of a successful outcome.So what happens when there are other scientific entity from other labs that may also wish to use Zen graphene in the futre?Will GC say no because they have the exclusive right?The full picture in regard to where Zen is heading has yet to emerge and I personally believe that we are heading to a most interesting path.I am inviting any one here with knowledge of patent right to please jump in the discussion and educate us on the matter.
