Well they would not publicly tell anyone if they were working on this as to not tip off competition so this is the answer I would expect.  

I also found it interesting he said "they are not working on this topic anymore".  A concrete company this big would always be working on this topic as they would not want to be late to the party.  Some concrete company is going to be selling this type of concrete very soon.  They just have to get the right quality mix and price points lined up.
