I presume that lack of fund was one reason and the unwillingness to sacrifice for a pay cut by those concerned was another.However,the new team still needs to get a permit for any kind of drilling and I guess that it will take a bit of time.At least now we know that we will not wait in vain as in the past.Sieg.
