It took me a long while to decide. I was leaning yellow because I believed that with a board shake up there would be better opportunity to find fair and reasonable financing. The hiring of Gardner 10 days prior put me fully in yellow. That hire was not necessary, there was no urgency to fill the role. Really it should have happened long a go if there was need. It was done now for show only, with out regard to consequence on ZEN. Also, what kind of senior professional is Gardner accepting a position in front of such a volatile and disruptive vote. Not one that I would respect or trust. Gardner got 200k options, that is why he did not delay his acceptance till after.
If you voted green I believe you now have the opportunity today to change it. As a retail investor, you should not sanction a BOD that willfully does harm to your investment. Gardner was just that harm.
