The answer to this is to ask AE how many times he had refused approaches from other companies with deep pockets who wished to earn a stake at the company with the condition that AE had to relinquish a complete strangle hold of the company.I bet that Stowe has a story to tell, otherwise he won't have stayed as long as he did.By the way,AE and some board members had never stopped paying themselves and most of them had not done any work for a long time other than showing  up at board meetings.Instead of trying to raise as much money as possible towards bringing the Albany mine closer into production,they made certain that the share price were as low as possible so that AE and cronies can accumulate cheap shares and to hell with the rest of us.We won't be fooled again.
