Now, this is what I find hard to understand.  Surely Mr. Stowe expressed his opinion to the BOD, as to what he thought the business plan should be.  Given Mr. Stowe's reputation, experience and past successes, what possible reason would AE have for not implimenting Mr. Stowe's plan, given that AE does not have a plan of his own?

Some have suggested AE just wants to continue collecting his salary, as long as he can get away with it.  This doesn't seem to make sense, considering that a solid working business plan might raise the share price to $2 or $3, or higher hopefully, which would gain AE more value than many years of salary.
