All due respect but AE created the communication problem by not communicating. The dissident group will not have anymore access than anyone else to information. The new board members obviously will have.

It is my opinion AE has had plenty of time and access to finances in the past to move the company in the direction of mining or at least drilling the 21 holes and selling graphene powder which would have provided a good chunck of change for the enviro study and PFS. After all it is AE's words the graphite can be easily processed, yet he still has not released a met report that is over a year late to prove this up.

He can't raise a lifestyle PP so you two suggest he open communications with shareholders. Why do you think he hasn't been communicating all along? Because he hasn't taken the proper steps needed to move this company forward, he displays no accountability to shareholders.
