Message: Extraordinary General Meeting

Fluffy,

I have no idea as to why AE did not ask certain individuals to participate in the private placement.  Perhaps he was not too concerned about the private placement because he knows something big is just around the corner.  Perhaps there is some lack of trust between said shareowners and AE which is being played out now in the call for an Extrordinary General Meeting.  I do know AE has not sold any shares and has avoided serious dilution which demonstrates commitment and integrity and as I have previously stated I think the general strategy of working with research and development groups to advance the project is correct.    I understand the need to fund ongoing operations, but I don't see the need to raise serious capital until we have a dancing partner that will take the production.

You concluded your reply with "Putting deals together or raising serious money is the job for a BOD with solid proven business experience."  Here is the thing, as I see it Mr. Allen, Mr. Richards and Mr. Davies all appear to have the background in putting together deals that you believe is needed.  if the dissident group wanted to add one or two folks with business experience to the BOD to help put deals together I could buy that.  I frankly would be more inclined to add some material specialists who could understand the value of introducing graphene into various industries, but so be it.   However, when the dissident group wants to replace the majority of the board and the CEO, I become very suspicious of motivations and suspect their best interests may not be consistent with mine.

All the best,

Pilgrim
