3 year?It means that all the works to start the mines building process  had already been in place including a feasibility study with environmental assessment permit pending.It will also take about 2 years for mine building.How can they achieve this without even enough fund to run the office and had to let the IR person go?So wishful thinking is the new strategy?Correct me if I am wrong.
